These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Toronto Jamming Culture (“TJC”, “we”, “us”) website and your attendance at TJC events. By creating an account, booking a ticket, or attending a TJC jam, you agree to these Terms.
Tickets & entry
A confirmed ticket reserves your spot for a specific TJC event. Tickets are personal and may not be resold. You must be able to present your ticket confirmation (digital or PDF) and, where requested, valid photo ID at entry. TJC and event venues reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who behaves unsafely, disruptively, or in violation of venue rules.
Cancellations & changes
Where a cancellation window is shown on your ticket, you may cancel within that window for a refund of any amount paid. Outside that window, tickets are non-refundable except where TJC cancels or substantially reschedules the event, in which case you’ll be offered a refund or transfer to a future jam. TJC is not responsible for costs you incur in preparing to attend an event (travel, etc).
Capacity & limits
Events may have a maximum ticket quantity per person, set on a per-event basis, to keep access fair during high-demand releases. TJC may use a virtual queue for high-demand ticket drops; your place in the queue is not a guarantee of a ticket.
Photography & video
TJC events are regularly photographed and filmed for use on our website and social channels. By attending, you consent to being included in this coverage. If you’d prefer not to appear in published photos or video, let our team know on-site.
Conduct
TJC is built to be a welcoming, safe space for everyone, regardless of whether you know anyone in the room. Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behaviour toward performers, staff, or other attendees will result in removal from the event without refund.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or attendance at future events means you accept the current version, posted here.
